About the Region
East Sussex is a great place to live and work. It combines rural beauty and stunning coastlines with easy access to London and the continent.
West Sussex is a beautiful county, with large administrative and economic centres in Chichester, Horsham, Crawley, Bognor Regis and Worthing. Contained within the South Downs National Park is some of the country's most beautiful countryside as well as some of England's most picturesque villages.
There's something here for everyone. Great shops, lovely homes and a better quality of life. We're also surprisingly well connected. Gatwick International Airport sits at the top of the county and you can get to London in 45 minutes from Horsham and 80 minutes from Chichester.
Brighton and Hove

It’s also a true student city – around 14% of people living here are students. Its reputation for fun goes without saying, but it’s also known for being forward-thinking – it leads the way in arts, creative technology and the environment.
Brighton is a vibrant seaside city on the south coast of England. Each year, 8 million people from the UK and abroad visit the city for leisure and business.
The city has excellent transport links, with central London under an hour away by train.
